Vitamin A is one of the fat-soluble vitamins and should therefore not be overdosed, as the body cannot simply excrete the excess vitamins via the urine. In the worst case scenario, this can lead to hypervitaminosis. For this reason, you should pay particular attention to a balanced daily dose.
