What makes the tomato so special?
Golden apple, tomato or love apple. The fruit, which is used like a vegetable but is more of a berry, was cultivated by the indigenous peoples of Central and South America as a useful and medicinal plant. Thanks to its secondary plant substances, it has a blood-forming, appetite-stimulating, detoxifying, draining and digestive effect.
What does the body need folate for?
Folate is a very versatile vitamin. It not only supports the body's defense against pathogens, but also helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Folate is involved in a variety of metabolic processes. It also ensures cell division and cell growth in phases of rapid growth and is therefore indispensable for our body cells. As folate contributes to the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy, it is often supplemented by pregnant women. It also contributes to normal mental function, normal amino acid synthesis and normal homocysteine metabolism.
Not all folate is the same
When choosing a vitamin B9 product, you should definitely look for the right folate compound. Our tomato powder contains the folate compound (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. This is considered one of the best folate compounds on the market, as it can be optimally absorbed by the body. Folate is often taken as support during pregnancy. However, the requirement is very individual and should be clarified by a doctor. Our capsules contain 160 micrograms of folate per capsule and can therefore be optimally dosed.

Food supplements are best taken with a meal. Many of our customers swear by taking them in the morning. You are welcome to combine or supplement your breakfast with your capsules. Each portion of Vitamnesia capsules should always be accompanied by a large glass of water! For fat-soluble vitamins (E, D, K, A), please make sure that your meal contains some fat!
Food supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not exceed the stated recommended intake. Please keep out of the reach of children. A healthy lifestyle should always be a priority.
overdoses
Our nutrients are designed to supplement your everyday life in a healthy way. Many food supplements are simply overdosed and contain fillers that do not add any value to a healthy organism.
