For every euro you spend in our shop, you will receive 1 bonus point. The points you collect are worth €0.08 per point.

If you place an order worth €50, you will receive 50 bonus points, which are worth €4.00.

2. Point Value and Usage

Each point is worth €0.08, which you can apply as a discount on future purchases. Once you have collected at least 500 points, you can use them during the checkout process.

Example calculation:

  • 500 points = €40.00 discount
  • 1000 points = €80.00 discount

3. Minimum Points Required for Redemption

You can redeem your points as soon as you have collected 500 points. There is no maximum on how many points you can collect or redeem. You can save your points and use them all in one order if you wish.

4. How to Redeem Your Points

Once you have at least 500 points in your account, you can redeem them on your next order by following these steps:

  1. Log in: Log in to your customer account.
  2. Select products: Add the desired items to your shopping cart.
  3. Go to cart: Proceed to your shopping cart to begin the checkout process.
  4. Redeem points: During checkout, you will see the option to apply your points. Indicate how many points you would like to use.
  5. Apply discount: The value of the redeemed points will automatically be deducted from your total order amount.

5. Additional Information

  • You can collect as many points as you want. There is no limit on points collection.
  • No expiration: Your collected points do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
  • Automatic credit: Your bonus points will be automatically credited to your customer account approximately 3 days after your order is completed.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used for purchases in our online shop.
  • Points are earned on the value of products only, not on shipping costs or other fees.

6. Checking Your Points Balance

You can check your bonus points balance at any time in your account under the "My Bonus Points" section. Here, you will see how many points you have collected and how many are available for redemption.
