Shipment

Mr. Kratom's online shop now ships again with DHL. We want to contribute to our climate and can therefore continue to offer climate-neutral shipping. 

For orders up to 500g, they will be shipped in a padded envelope, anything above that will be shipped in an additional box. 

All our shipments are insured. As soon as you place an order and it has been processed in the system, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your order. 

Shipping will take place within one business day after payment has been received. Regular Saturday shipping is now available again. 

For orders of €90 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Mr. Kratom usually ships orders from Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm, as long as payment has been received before 11:00 am or if the order is placed with cash on delivery. For orders up to a value of €90, you can send us a screenshot of your transfer as proof of payment, which will be accepted. This should be received by us no later than 10:00 am to ensure your package is shipped the same day.

However, we reserve the right to change this without notice if it is abused.

Shipping of Kratom is possible to the following countries:

 Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Hungary, Malta, Bulgaria, Greece

Shipping costs:

 Shipping costs for each order under €90 are €4.95.

For orders of €90 or more, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Shipping costs to Austria are €8.95.

Shipping costs to Greece are €14.95.

Additional options are now available:

• Guaranteed delivery on the next business day €16.95 (free shipping does not apply here) excluding Saturday.

• Delivery to a DHL parcel shop or Packstation, which will be automatically determined near you (no additional costs)

• DHL Cash on Delivery (COD) + €9.50
